SMS Terms

1. Program and Sender

Blueprint Group LLC, operating as Blueprint Global, offers an optional SMS program from +1 289-207-7737. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, service and account updates, customer-support follow-ups, and, when separately authorized, occasional promotional updates.

2. Consent

SMS participation is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services or submitting a booking request. Marketing consent is separate from consent to receive non-marketing appointment, service, and support messages. Consent applies only to Blueprint Global and is not transferable.

3. Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Blueprint Global. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. We will send a confirmation and will not send further SMS messages unless you opt in again. You may also use other supported opt-out keywords, where available.
